USCCA Handgun Basics is a foundational course designed to introduce students to safe handgun handling, firearm basics, and essential shooting fundamentals. This course gives students a practical understanding of how handguns function, how to handle them safely, how to choose appropriate equipment, and how to build a solid base for continued training. Instruction also covers ammunition, common malfunctions, gear considerations, and the fundamental principles that support safe and effective handgun use.
