1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, attending, or participating in any course, event, or training offered by Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC ("Eastern Front Defense Academy," "we," "us," or "our"), or by using our website at www.easternfrontda.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our website or participate in our courses.

2. Course Registration and Enrollment

Registration for courses is confirmed upon receipt of payment and completion of all required registration forms including a signed liability waiver. Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our sole discretion.

All students must meet the stated prerequisites for their selected course before attending. Students who arrive without meeting course prerequisites may be denied participation without refund.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Course fees are due at the time of registration. If online payment processing is enabled, payments will be processed securely through a third-party payment processor.

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the following policy:

— Cancellations made 7 or more days before the course date will receive a full refund — Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the course date will receive a 50% refund — Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course date are non-refundable — No-shows on the day of the course are non-refundable — Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. In the event of a cancellation by Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course date.

4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Firearms training involves inherent risks including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and death. By participating in any Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC course you voluntarily assume all risks associated with firearms training and related activities.

All students are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any course. Students who refuse to sign the liability waiver will not be permitted to participate and no refund will be issued.

Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC, its instructors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, or death arising from participation in any course or training activity.

5. Student Conduct and Safety

All students are expected to conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and responsible manner at all times during Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC courses. The following rules apply to all students:

— All four universal firearms safety rules must be followed at all times on the range — Students must follow all instructor commands immediately and without question — No alcohol or drugs are permitted before or during any course — Students who arrive impaired or under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied participation without refund — Unsafe firearms handling, aggressive behavior, or disregard for safety rules will result in immediate removal from the course without refund — Students must treat all other students, instructors, and range staff with respect at all times

Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC and its instructors reserve the right to remove any student from a course at any time for any safety or conduct violation. Removed students will not receive a refund.

6. Required Equipment

Each course has specific equipment requirements listed on the individual course pages. Students are responsible for bringing all required equipment to their course. Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC is not responsible for a student's inability to fully participate due to missing or inadequate equipment. Students who arrive without required equipment may be denied full participation without refund.

7. Photography and Media

Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC may photograph or record courses for educational and marketing purposes. By participating in a course you grant Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC the right to use photographs or video in which you appear for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded please notify your instructor before the course begins.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum, content, and resources provided by Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC are the intellectual property of Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC. Students may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any course materials without the prior written consent of Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Indiana.

10. Changes to These Terms

Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website at www.easternfrontda.com. Continued use of our website or participation in our courses after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
