1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting a training request, registering for, attending, or participating in any course, event, or training offered by Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC ("Eastern Front Defense Academy," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or participate in our training.

2. Course Registration and Enrollment

Training requests submitted through our website do not guarantee a confirmed course date, private instruction session, or training event. All training is scheduled based on instructor and range availability. A course, private instruction session, or other training event is considered confirmed only after direct confirmation from Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC and, where applicable, receipt of any required payment or deposit, completion of registration materials, and execution of all required waivers.

Submitting a request through our website does not create a confirmed appointment or guarantee availability. Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC will follow up directly to confirm scheduling details.

All students must meet the stated prerequisites for their selected course before attending. Students who arrive without meeting course prerequisites may be denied participation without refund.

Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC reserves the right to refuse enrollment or participation to any individual at our sole discretion.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Course fees, deposits, and other training charges, when applicable, will be communicated at the time of scheduling or registration. Payment may be required in full or in part before a course, private instruction session, or corporate training event is confirmed. If online payment processing is enabled, payments will be processed securely through a third-party payment processor.

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the following policy:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the course date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the course date will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course date are non-refundable.

• No-shows on the day of the course are non-refundable.

• Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. If Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC cancels a course, students will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course date.

Private instruction sessions and corporate training events may be subject to separate scheduling, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms communicated at the time of booking.

Training may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather, range conditions, host facility restrictions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC will determine whether to reschedule the training or issue a refund, credit, or transfer at its discretion.

4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Firearms training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, serious bodily harm, and death. By participating in any course, training, or event offered by Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC, each student voluntarily acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with firearms training and related activities.

All students are required to review and sign any required liability waiver, release, or other participation documents before taking part in training. Students who refuse to sign required documents will not be permitted to participate and will not be entitled to a refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC, its instructors, agents, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, or death arising out of or related to participation in any course, training session, or related activity.

5. Student Conduct and Safety

All students are expected to conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and responsible manner at all times during any course, training session, or event offered by Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC.

The following rules apply to all students:

• All four universal firearms safety rules must be followed at all times.

• Students must follow all instructor commands promptly and comply with all safety directions at all times.

• No alcohol or drugs are permitted before or during any course or training session.

• Students who arrive impaired or under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied participation without refund.

• Unsafe firearms handling, aggressive behavior, or disregard for safety rules will result in immediate removal from the course or training session without refund.

• Students must treat all students, instructors, range staff, and host facility personnel with respect at all times.

• Students must comply with all rules, policies, and safety requirements of the host range or training facility at all times.

Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC and its instructors reserve the right to remove any student from a course or training session at any time for any safety or conduct violation. Violation of host facility rules may also result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Required Equipment

Each course or training session may have specific equipment requirements listed on the applicable course page, registration materials, or scheduling communications. Students are responsible for bringing all required equipment and arriving prepared to participate safely and effectively.

Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC is not responsible for a student’s inability to fully participate due to missing, unsafe, damaged, or inadequate equipment. Students who arrive without the required equipment, or with equipment deemed unsafe or unsuitable for training, may be denied full or partial participation without refund.

Students are also responsible for complying with any equipment or safety requirements imposed by the host range or training facility.

7. Legal Liability

All students are responsible for ensuring that they are legally permitted to possess, handle, and use firearms under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

By registering for or participating in any course or training offered by Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC, each student represents that he or she is legally eligible to possess and handle firearms.

Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who is not legally eligible to possess or handle firearms, or whose participation would otherwise violate applicable law, host facility policy, or safety requirements.

8. Photography & Media

Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC may photograph, video record, or otherwise capture portions of courses, training sessions, and related events for educational, promotional, marketing, or business purposes.

By participating in training, students grant Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC permission to use photographs, video, or other media in which they may appear for lawful business purposes, including use on our website, social media, advertising, and other promotional materials.

Students who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify the instructor before the course or training session begins. Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee that incidental capture will not occur in group or range environments.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, lesson content, training resources, written materials, digital materials, and other content provided by Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC are the property of Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC unless otherwise stated.

Students may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, sell, share, transmit, or create derivative works from any course materials or content without the prior written consent of Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC.

Any unauthorized use of course materials, curriculum, branding, or proprietary content may result in removal from training, denial of future participation, and any other action permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the use of this website, or participation in any course, training session, or event offered by Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC shall be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of the State of Indiana.

By using this website or participating in training, you agree that any legal proceedings related to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Indiana.

11. Changes to These Terms

Eastern Front Defense Academy LLC reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will become effective upon posting the updated Terms and Conditions on our website. Continued use of our website, submission of training requests, or participation in any course, training session, or event after such changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
